Stripe’s rate per order, on your own Stripe account. You cover it by default, or pass it to the buyer per event. We keep none of it.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no monthly fee, signup fee, or plan. The only fee is on paid tickets.
What does a free event cost?
Nothing. Free tickets carry no fee.
When is the fee $1 and when is it 5%?
$1 on tickets up to $20. 5% above that.
Who pays the fees?
By default the buyer pays the platform fee and you cover card processing. You can switch either one for any event.
Do you mark up card processing?
No. It is Stripe’s rate, on your own Stripe account. We keep none of it.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only for paid tickets. You connect it once.
When do I get paid?
Ticket sales pay out through your own Stripe account on Stripe’s standard schedule.
Can I refund a ticket?
Yes, from the app. We return our fee on every refund.
Is there a fee at the door?
Card sales at the door carry the same fee. Cash sales don’t.
What about pay what you want?
The same fee applies to the amount paid. A $0 ticket is free.
