From offer to payout
Showrunner carries a booking forward through the whole production lifecycle. Make an offer, get it signed, send the day-of advance, then settle the money against the deal you actually booked. Each step pre-fills from the last.
Eight deal types
Settlement math for flat, percent of net or gross, versus, door split, guarantee-plus-bonus, after-costs, and per-ticket deals.
Offers over a link
Send an offer by share link; the artist accepts, declines, or asks for more info. Package offers track approval per artist.
Signed contracts
Artists e-sign the public contract page. Each signature records the signer, timestamp, a hashed IP, browser, and consent for the audit trail.
Day-of advances
Email a tokenized advance page with soundcheck, run of show, and logistics. Artists submit their guest lists from the same link.
Live settlement preview
Ticket lines, expenses by category, processing fees, and venue cost roll into payout, profit, and breakeven as you type.
PDF export
Export the contract and settlement as PDFs to send or file.

- Ticketing is external. Showrunner does not sell or scan tickets.
- Settlement computes one pooled artist payout, not an automatic multi-artist split.
- Revenue is ticket-based only. No bar, merch, or sponsorship lines.
- Export is PDF only. No CSV or spreadsheet output.
It is the booking-and-money backbone the rest of the TYF Tools suite hangs off, feeding check-in and drinks.
